Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept partial returns — orders must be either accepted in full or refused in full upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must refuse the entire delivery immediately in front of the delivery person. Once the delivery person has left, we are unable to process any claims.

في حال وصول الطلب تالفًا أو غير مطابق، يجب رفض الاستلام فورًا أمام المندوب. بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يمكن قبول أي شكاوى.
